Which other Beatle cover bands have you seen, apart from The Bootleg Beatles?
I've seen The Cavern Beatles, but wasn't very impressed by their performance. I'm not saying that it was a bad concert, but I think the Bootleg Beatles are much better.

I had the possibility to see The Cavern Beatles in Bruges, but I had exams and my parents didn't allow me to go But I think that The Bootleg Beatles is the best coverband in the world. I don't even have to see other tribute bands to know that

Well, don't regret that you haven't seen them. You'll always compare them to the Bootleg Beatles and compared to the BB, they're weak.

Haha okay In what are The Bootleg Beatles better then? Singing, playing the instruments, acting like The Beatles, or just everything?

The BB are better in everything - more beautiful costumes (The Cavern Beatles didn't even have the Sgt Pepper costumes), video screen, imitating the real Beatles, etc.
But what's more important to me: when just talking about the music part of the concert: The Bootlegs are better singers and musicians.

Yes, they all are GREAT musicians !! All of them ! I mean, Andre played the guitar solo on Angels, David also played on a lot of Robbie's songs, he also played with Natasha Beddingfield, Joe thingyer, Stevie Wonder etc. I mean, if someone says that they're not good, then they really don't know anything about music. Like George Harrison said, maybe they can play the chords better than himself

Bootleg Beatles offer the best concert by far with costumes, acting and video screen.
The Silver Beatles are a tribute based in Portsmouth/Southampton and they are by far the best in terms of music. They play the 'Love' album and often jam on stage blending in Get Back, Ticket to Ride with Amy Winehouse's Rehab. Okay not the most realistic but tongue in cheek and when you watch them they're so full of energy and the crowd go wild-you can imagine yourself in the cavern club! No orchestra but they use a fifth member on organ/electric piano which works well, much better than backing tracks which some use.
Cavern Beatles are okay but lack energy, though the new line up is much better!
Phoney Beatles are pretty good also!

I've only seen The Bootleg & the Cavern Beatles, so I can only comment on those two. I prefer the Bootlegs though.

Ive seen Backbeat Beatles twice, quite good...but once youve seen the Bootlegs, they are head and shoulders above the rest....Saw Magic of the Beatles in Colchester last year, nice evening out but, that was all..... one band who really impressed we saw in the Mathew st fetival in Liverpool last year...Revolver.! Great bunch of lads from Scotland, dress in ties waistcoats, dont try to be the Beatles, but play Brilliantly......the drummer sings...check them out they have a Facebook page....

I've seen a tribute band last Sunday in Wingene (Belgium), and the website said that it were The Upbeat Beatles. It was someone else though. I tried to figure out who it actually was, but couldn't find it. They looked quite young, and they only played songs from 1963-1964. The only 1965 song was Help. They were very good and I sent a mail to the city to ask the name of the band. I'm waiting for their answer and I'll let you know who they were.

The Upbeat Beatles are playing fairly locally, ie Clacton, but I am at work...they look quiete good, there is either a website or fb page for them......We have seen Words & Music again, not a tribute as such, as there are only two of them, but they do some wonderful versions of Lennon/McCartney songs, plus a few others, enen the Stones..!! Finishing the set with Live and Let Die....was pretty amazing....!!

Well, I'm going to refer to The Cavern Beatles again - see one of my previous posts. The other day I found out that their "Cavern Paul" sometimes stands in for David in the Bootleg Beatles. Well, all I can say David doesn't have to fear the competition with Cavern Paul.
